Listening Campaign

Apr 11 2010 - 15:46
At the branch AGM in March, a motion was agreed for the branch to engage with all its members via a “listening campaign”. A listening campaign is a focused effort to build community and identify concerns and priorities in a specific organisation. It is accomplished through one-to-one or small group meetings facilitated by leaders. Meetings usually last 45-60 minutes and take the form of face-to-face conversations where people can share their stories, ideas and concerns.
